Natalya Yemchenko is the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of SCM, Ukraine’s largest private investment group. She is responsible for SCM’s strong, positive perception. This includes building and maintaining SCM’s relationships with employees, citizens in the regions where SCM has operations, government officials in Ukraine and beyond, the media, NGOs, CSOs and the general public.

She has been on the Supervisory Board of other SCM businesses and is currently on the Supervisory Board of the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation and the Heart of Azovstal initiative, both of which provide vital support to Ukrainians, particularly those most impacted by the war. Additionally, she is a non-executive member of a number of university boards.

She holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD. She is a co-founder of the Live Love Sports Project and is a regular media contributor.
